Through OC24Health, you can connect with a local, in-network, doctor via your smartphone, IPad, laptop, or any computer with a webcam/camera. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Beginning January 1, 2020, you also have access to Behavioral Health Specialists and Dermatologists.

- A way to avoid unnecessary visits to the ER and long waits for doctor appointments
- Prescriptions called in when appropriate
- For Butler insured members in the PPO CORE or PPO PLUS, the Primary Care Physician co-pay applies.
- For members with the CDHD HSA plan, the visit will be applied to the plan deductible/out-of-pocket maximum.
- Claims are processed at the point of service, and member’s costs can be paid by credit card.
