We believe family is important, which is why we offer numerous benefits that can make a difference for your family.
Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA)
As an employee, you may be entitled to a medical leave of absence under FMLA. Your eligibility for FMLA leave is based upon certain guidelines and must be certified by your doctor.
Parental Leave Policy
The purpose of paid parental leave is to enable the employee to care for and bond with a newborn or a newly adopted or newly placed child. This policy will run concurrently with Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) leave, as applicable. This policy will be in effect for births, adoptions, or placements of foster children occurring on or after June 1, 2020.
Insurance Eligibility Changes
Mid-year changes can be made to insurance plans if you meet an IRS-defined change in status. Find out what you need to do if there is a change that impacts your dependent's eligibility.
