That\u2019s why all  students will complete at least one paid internship and will take career development courses throughout the academic year.  These hands-on experiences and guidance from industry leaders will help build both your confidence and professional skills as you pursue your degree. You\u2019ll take self-assessments to discern your strengths, interests, and industry matches. You\u2019ll have 1:1 meetings with a career development advisor who truly gets to know you. And you\u2019ll be given the tools to build your professional identity and authentic self.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-preparing-you-professionally\">Preparing you Professionally<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>As a Founder\u2019s College student, you can expect opportunities for paid internships, employer mentorship, and connections to careers in your field of study. In addition to comprehensive preparation for interviews and resume-building, you can expect job search strategies, employer supervision and guidance, job fairs and networking events, and more.
