Client: Medium-sized hospital group
What we did: Designed a leadership development program that focused on general business acumen (Financial Statement Analysis, Marketing Fundamentals, and Performance Management), as well as higher-level leadership skills such as Building High Performance Teams, Developing a Competitive Strategy, and Change Management. Participants worked in teams on a project to present to the organization’s C-Suite executives at the culmination of the program.
Completion of this program has become an integral part of developing a succession plan within the organization.
Client: Large, regional public bank
What we did: Developed an emerging leader program that supported the bank’s vision and values; was rooted in the bank’s business strategies and initiatives, and was tied to the talent development process; owned by the Senior Executive team with active sponsorship, visibility, and coaching; focused on individual competency development, individual assessments, individual skill building and team collaboration with team-based active learning; and had long-term sustainability.
The program won a 2016 LEAD Award for Best Experienced/Senior Leaders Program.
Client: Major, international medical device company
What we did: Developed a marketing onboarding program that focused on bringing marketing fundamentals to new employees in the marketing department. Numerous interviews, design sessions, surveys, and discussions with senior leaders in marketing were conducted to determine the following topic areas for the program: Market Strategy; Market Research and Analysis; Segmentation, Targeting, and Positioning; Integrated Marketing Communication Planning; and New Product Strategies and Development. The program was designed for cross-functional use by all of the organization’s business units and includes a team project for the marketing of a new product or a significant change in the marketing of a current product.
New products have been funded internally as a result of the program.
