Graduates have secured positions at the NCAA, National Retail Association, Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, Angie’s List and communication agencies such as FleishmanHillard, the Bohlsen Group, Salesforce—just to name a few.
In addition to sports reporting and production for media organizations, recent graduates have secured positions in sports information at Clemson University, Butler University, East Tennessee State University, University of Louisiana, and Washington University in St. Louis and in marketing and promotion at GRand Solutions Sports and Marketing in Indianapolis.
Students also use the knowledge, training and critical thinking skills they developed as journalism students to further their education in graduate school.
