Exhibit will be available for viewing through Friday afternoon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Take the Butler Trivia Challenge<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Find out how much you know about Butler University by taking our virtual trivia challenge beginning on February. 6. Those with a perfect score will be entered into a drawing for prize packs. Trivia will close Thursday, Feb. 8 at 5 PM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The History of Inclusivity at Butler University \u2013 a small exhibit&nbsp;<br><\/strong><em>Irwin Library<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prepared by Butler student, Jacob Serer, this exhibit showcases inclusivity at Butler from its founding through to the early 2020s. The goal of DEI transformations are to produce justice and peace. How much conflict can and should be expected in that process and how should we approach conflict? Conflict is not necessarily to be feared. Nonviolent conflict sparks remarkable progress. Nevertheless, when conflicts occur over values, visions, goals, pathways to results and the distribution of resources, they can be painful and harmful to relationships, and barriers to positive change. How should members of the Butler community engage in conflict so that we may end up in relationships that are stronger and wider than they were before?
