Marietta is the Director of the Butler University MBA Program,where she focuses on recruiting, marketing, and administering the program. She began working with Butler in 2012 as Adjunct Faculty, teaching Leadership, and joined full-time as the MBA Director in 2015. She has helped lead efforts to innovate the coaching program, and is initiating the creation of MBA career services which will support both students and alumni. In addition, she is working with faculty to refine the global business experience process.

Prior to joining Butler, Marietta worked for Eli Lilly & Company for 21 years. She started in sales, and grew into leadership positions in clinical trial operations and medical/scientific affairs. It was here that she found her passion as a teacher and creator, and established her reputation as a leader who improves performance one person at a time. She left in 2011 to pursue her passion - supporting professionals by providing clarify, confidence and tools for success and founded iEvolve LLC.  She is currently working on authoring two books: CareerPointe - Pinpointing Your Career Nexus in the New World of Work and Opposite Logic.

Marietta received her B.S in Biochemistry from North Carolina State University and her MBA from Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
