Kristen Fuhs Wells is vice president at Indiana Humanities and spearheads communications and development strategies for the statewide nonprofit.
A two-time graduate of Butler University, she holds an undergraduate journalism degree in integrated communications and an MBA in marketing. She has also served on the university’s Young Alumni Board and currently serves on the Career Services Advisory Board. Kristen is active in the Hoosier Chapter of Public Relations Society of America and is a four-time Pinnacle Award winner from the organization.
A Spencer, Ind., native, she’s a Lilly Community Scholar and remains active with the Owen County Community Foundation. Kristen is a member of the Greencastle Civic League and frequently volunteers for local sporting events through the Indiana Sports Corp.
Kristen and her husband, Ben, have a son (Lincoln) and twin girls (Brooklyn and Britain). She is a strict rule-follower (AP style, please), loves elephants and Elvis, and is always planning her next adventure.
