Irene Lin, Pharm D, Regulatory Pharmaceutical Fellowships- Medication Safety
Irene Lin obtained her Pharm.D. degree from University of Minnesota-Twin Cities campus in 2020. In addition to Irene's Pharm.D. coursework, she has also completed two additional tracks of training on research and leadership, respectively. As the recipient of the Melendy Peter's Research Scholarship, her research focuses were on drug delivery and translational science in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease. She also served as a Research and Development Pharmacy Intern at Y.S.P. Pharmaceutical Company, Malaysia, during pharmacy school. Her professional interests are in medication safety, regulatory science, specifically in the area of oncology with artificial intelligence and big data applications. Irene will be serving as the Regulatory Pharmaceutical Fellow with an emphasis on Medication Safety at Purdue University, Butler University, AbbVie Inc., and the FDA between 2020-2022.
Morgan Nicolas, PharmD, Regulatory Pharmaceutical Fellowships- Medication Safety
I am the Regulatory Pharmaceutical fellow for Purdue and Butler Universities, Eli Lilly & Co., and the FDA with a concentration in Medication Safety. I graduated with a PharmD from The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy in 2020. During pharmacy school, I worked at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center as a Medication Safety intern working on several projects to make the health system a safer place. I enjoy trying new restaurants, watching sports and Marvel movies. I am excited to be a part of this fellowship and continue my journey in the field of Medication Safety.
2019 – 2021 Fellows
Charlotte Moureaud, PharmD, Regulatory Pharmaceutical Fellowships- Medication Safety
Charlotte Moureaud, PharmD, graduated from the Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy at Rutgers University in 2019. She is currently completing a two-year Medication Safety Fellowship that is comprised of three components: academic (Butler University and Purdue University), industry (AbbVie), and regulatory (FDA). She is currently working with Dr. John B. Hertig, Vice-Chair and Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice at Butler University. During this time, she will work on several research projects and will also have the opportunity to help coordinate the Entrepreneurship, Leadership, and Management Course. Charlotte’s career and research interests are mainly focused on medication safety and pharmacovigilance. After completing this fellowship, Charlotte hopes to either pursue more post-graduate training or start her career in industry.
Jonell Nwabueze, PharmD, Regulatory Pharmaceutical Fellowships- Medication Safety
Jonell Nwabueze received her PharmD from Manchester University, after her completing pre-requisite courses at Howard University in Washington D.C. She is currently completing a two year medication safety fellowship in partnership with Purdue University, Butler University, Eli Lilly, and the FDA. Her interests are currently in project management but has hopes of having a career covering multiple sectors throughout the industry. In her free time she enjoys horseback riding, baking desserts, and spending time with her family and friends.
