Which business book have you read more than once?

I love reading How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie. Even though it was originally written in 1936, the advice is timeless and easy to implement. It's a wonderful reminder on how to value others on a team and one-on-one.

Where is your favorite place to have a lunch meeting?

The other person's favorite restaurant. I like to understand what they like, their style, what they value, and ensure they are at ease. And, usually, this means I get to try a new place!

How do you like to spend your free time?

I love spending time with my family and doing anything outside with them. I also love to cook, especially bread. It's therapeutic when the process for one loaf takes the entire day.

Which business book have you read more than once?

I commonly read a book once and mark it up with notes for future reference. Two books I’ve enjoyed reading are Getting Naked by Patrick M. Lencioni and Lead Like Butler by Judith Cebula and Kent Millard. Both had good leadership insights and an easy read.

Where is your favorite place to have a lunch meeting?

I like a variety of places; however, the Aristocrat has been a good place to have a conversation easily and the food is good too. I also enjoy the Café Patachou.

How do you like to spend your free time?

I love being outdoors whether it’s hiking, walking, riding a bike, mowing, picking up sticks, or cutting plants and bushes that are not Indiana native.  After hours of the outdoor activity, I love to cozy up on the couch and read a novel.
