Service-minded students excel in our program and make our campus, cities, and state better!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For more information contact: <a href=\"mailto:tbergeso@butler.edu\">Dr. Tonya Bergeson<\/a>, Department Chair, at 317-940-5975.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SLHS COMMUNITY SERVICE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>SLHS students can be actively engaged in giving back to our community through our clinical practicum experiences in which they gain real life knowledge while helping those who can benefit from our skills and services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>COMMUNITY OPPORTUNITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Butler Aphasia Community provides support using the Life Participation Approach to Aphasia.
