High Challenge Course
The Butler University Challenge Course is a unique, educational program designed to help groups develop their teamwork. Our programs consist of on-the-ground team building sessions called Team Challenge Activities and in-the-air team bonding sessions on our High Challenge Course!
Our mission is to create opportunities to enhance and develop personal awareness and growth of an individual’s holistic well-being, by providing a supportive learning environment through experiential activities.
The challenge course is temporarily shut down. We hope to be taking reservations for Fall 2019 in late August.
Email Josh Downing at email@example.com if you have any questions.
We offer private High Challenge Course events to any interested group with participants 12 and older.
If you're looking for a great individual or team-bonding challenge, the High Challenge Course is excellent!
Our High Course is an interconnected group of unique bridge systems 38 to 45 feet off the ground. It has 19 elements, including a climbing tower, trapeze leap, rappelling station, cargo net, and giant breath-taker swing. The course is designed to enhance self-confidence, self-trust, and personal growth while accommodating varying levels of physical ability.
Our programs are designed on a half- or full-day basis (four or eight hours), with flexible start and finish times to meet your group's needs.
The course can be reserved for groups of 10–30 participants who are 12 years or older. All programs are outside and weather permitting.
If you are interested in reserving a date, please contact Cordia Kell at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The High Challenge Course is located across the canal from Holcomb Gardens on the north side of Butler's campus. Parking is generally available in Holcomb Gardens (4943 Garden Road, Indianapolis, IN 46208).
Every semester the Butler High Challenge Courses offers free experiences to current Butler ID holders including students, staff, and faculty! Full details here.
