If you're a current student enrolled in a CCOM production course, you may reserve time in edit bays, recording studios, or check out equipment for use on assignments in those courses.

If you are enrolled in an approved class, you may check out production equipment for class projects. You may only use equipment for assignments in the approved class.
Yes, reserve your equipment here before heading to the checkout room. You will receive an email confirmation once your reservation is made and it will appear under “My Times” on the home page of the reservations module.
Camera checkout is in the basement of the Fairbanks Building, Room 030.
Camera checkout is open from Monday to Friday, 12 p.m. – 8 p.m., and on weekends from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. when classes are in session. Scheduled close dates for holidays and breaks are posted at checkout. Checkout closes the last day of classes every semester.
Cameras or other equipment can be checked out for up to 3 days at a time.
If you are enrolled in an approved class, you may reserve these spaces here to work on class projects. Spaces can be reserved for up to 3 hours at a time.
Yes, faculty members teaching approved classes may reserve cameras for specific class sessions. Reservations should be made well in advance. Contact Mark Harris if you need to reserve a large quantity of equipment or if it needs to be reserved for more than 3 days.
If you are a faculty member not teaching an approved class, you may checkout equipment from the Center for Academic Technology.
