University\u2019s core mission by providing exemplary service as confident stewards of the University\u2019s financial resources.\u00a0 We foster a learning environment that promotes student responsibility and helps to ensure financial success.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Core Values<\/h3><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"> <li>Customer Service<\/li> <li>Communication<\/li> <li>Teaching<\/li> <li>Understanding<\/li> <li>Unity<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Customer Service:\u00a0<\/strong>We strive to deliver an exemplary experience by providing thorough, timely and\u00a0friendly service in person, via telephone and email communications.<\/p><p><strong>Communication:\u00a0<\/strong>Providing relevant, thorough and timely information is our daily goal.\u00a0 This is accomplished via individual contact, our office website, social media (Facebook and Instagram), office voicemail messaging and monthly \u00a0E-Bill communications.<\/p><p><strong>Teaching:<\/strong>\u00a0Our goal is to guide students along the path of financial responsibility by providing them with the information necessary for financial success.\u00a0 We stress the importance of prioritizing and the necessity of follow through.\u00a0 As an educational institution, we want our students to graduate with confidence in their ability to successfully navigate future financial matters and concerns.<\/p><p><strong>Understanding:<\/strong>\u00a0It is important to understand individual concerns and we accomplish this goal by listening intently, asking relevant questions and providing thorough and specific information and answers.\u00a0 We understand that personal finances can be difficult to navigate.\u00a0 However, we are here to assist and eliminate any confusion.<\/p><p><strong>Unity:\u00a0<\/strong>As a unified team, our staff is dedicated to the success of our students and all Butler University constituents.\u00a0 To ensure that success, we work closely with each other and our administrative office partners across campus to provide ongoing accuracy and consistency.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">General Services Provided<\/h3><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"> <li>Publish\u00a0an electronic\u00a0billing statement (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.butler.edu\/student-accounts\/billing-payment\/epay-ebill\">E-Bill<\/a>) the 2nd Wednesday of every month.<\/li> <li>Administer the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.butler.edu\/campus-services\/student-accounts\/monthly-payment-plan\/\">Monthly Payment Plan<\/a> option.<\/li> <li>Process <a href=\"https:\/\/www.butler.edu\/student-accounts\/billing-payment\/refund-policy\">refund checks<\/a> while classes are in session for students who have a credit balance.<\/li> <li>Provide student account counseling.<\/li> <li>Post paper check payments (including 529 plan payments) to accounts when received by mail.<\/li> <li>Provide billing invoices to third parties upon request &amp; receipt of authorization.<\/li> <li>Process departmental receipts.<\/li><\/ul><p>Please \u200bnote:\u00a0 an AFTER HOURS drop slot is available for check payments.\u00a0 Please include BU ID on all paper
