Butler’s Old National Bank Center for Business Excellence

ONB Center Fellowship

The Old National Bank Center for Business Excellence has been hard at work developing additional opportunities to build upon the student experience beyond its internship program to enhance its relationships within the business community. The ONB Center Fellowship program creates an opportunity for graduates that were interns with the ONB Center to have a two-year rotational experience both within the ONB Center as a mentor to Butler students and through experiences at ONB Center partner companies. Each rotation is customized based on the Fellow's interests and aligned with the Partner companies' needs. Through the program, Fellows will gain authentic, relevant work experience through a robust variety of project-based work and have exposure to each company’s leadership team.

Who is eligible?

In order to be considered for the ONB Center Fellowship program, applicants must have first completed the ONB Center internship experience. The Fellowship is a post-grad, full-time Butler University position, therefore, all applicants must be a senior on pace to graduate in May of the academic year that the position is posted. The recruiting and hiring process for the Fellowship program is typically between the months of August and October. The Fellowship positions will be posted on the Butler University career page when available.
