Bulldog Enterprises

Student-run. University-owned.

Bulldog Enterprises is Butler University’s network of student-run, university-owned businesses where classroom learning meets real-world experience. It’s a community of driven students who lead, create, and innovate, building ventures that make an impact on campus and beyond.

Established in 2025, the program is both an educational incubator and a career pipeline: entrepreneurial-minded students and external supporters (faculty, alumni, sponsors) are invited to join this unique business ecosystem where student-run businesses generate revenue, employ peers, and reinvest profits locally.

Highlights include Chimba Bowls continuing to grow its campus presence, Blue’s Closet diverting over 2,000 pounds of clothing from landfills and donating 1,000 pounds to local nonprofits each year, and Butler Brew supporting campus and community causes while helping the University save more than $120,000 annually through increased revenue and reduced expenses.

Opportunity abounds for Bulldog Enterprises to grow from its core base of businesses and more than 40 students employed.
