A student need not be a member of the University Honors Program in order to be awarded departmental distinctions in their major.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-distinctions-within-the-sociology-amp-criminology-department\">Distinctions within the Sociology &amp;
