Student Involvement

Butler students are involved from day one.

Life is in Session

It’s a shame there are only 24 hours in a day, because Butler offers hundreds of things to do; and Bulldogs want to do it all. Nearly everyone at this University is involved with something outside of class. With over 150 student organizations, chances are we offer a co-curricular activity that interests you. If not, our students are encouraged to form their own clubs and organizations.

We want you to find your passion and pursue it—94 percent of our students are involved in at least one extracurricular activity. What will you do at Butler?

Pulse Office

PuLSE (Programs for Leadership and Service Education) is the hub of co-curricular activities and campus-wide programming at Butler—from student organizations to campus events, to leadership programs.

Diversity Services

The Efryomson Diversity Center works to promote global awareness and intercultural understanding through diversity enrichment programs for the Butler and greater Indianapolis community.

The Volunteer Center is the place to start your service at Butler University. This student-staffed office is dedicated to helping you find volunteer opportunities on and off campus.

Center for Faith & Vocation

The Center for Faith and Vocation offers programs and services that aid in that journey of self-discovery.
