The opportunity to apply is open to any current first-year student with an interest in sales, marketing, and leadership. If accepted into the program, you will then earn a degree in Marketing with a focus in Risk Management and Insurance from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.butler.edu\/lacy-business\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Lacy School of Business<\/a>.<\/p><p>As a participant in the UnitedHealthcare Academy at Butler University, you will take relevant coursework in marketing, sales insurance, and general business. To supplement this curriculum, you will also have access to continuous work-based learning experiences with UnitedHealthcare.\u00a0This program will begin the summer before your sophomore year and will last until you graduate from Butler.<\/p><p>Throughout the academic year, you will work at UnitedHealthcare at least 10 hours a week with the opportunity to work more if your schedule allows. During the summer, you will work at UnitedHealthcare full-time. Remote work is a possibility.
