Programs<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Assisting new faculty in making a successful transition to Butler is one of the most important responsibilities of the faculty development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-orientation\">Orientation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These first two days are designed to help new faculty feel more knowledgeable about the university and prepared to start their new roles at Butler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>New Faculty Orientation (NFO) 2026: <strong>Monday, August 17, and Tuesday, August 18<\/strong><br><\/strong>Full-day sessions that introduce faculty to important individuals and offices and providing resources and guidance for preparing your courses and being a
