Event Accommodations

If you or any of your guests need disability-related accommodations specifically for this January Orientation event, please submit a request.

Please allow two weeks’ advance notice prior to Butler's winter break (December 24–January 1) in order to provide adequate time for arrangements to be made. Although attempts will be made to honor accommodation requests submitted with fewer than two weeks’ notice, it cannot be guaranteed that a reasonable accommodation can be provided.

The University does not have medical equipment available, such as wheelchairs, though rental information can be provided upon request.

If you wish to request disability-related accommodations during your academic studies at Butler, you must contact Student Disability Services directly at sds@butler.edu and arrange an individualized discussion.
