Make an Appointment

There are three ways to schedule an appointment at the Writers' Studio:

  1. Visit the Writers' Studio in Jordan Hall, Rm. 304 and write your name and email address in our appointment book. Appointments start on the hour and last 45 minutes. Open slots indicate that a tutor is still available to help you at the indicated time.  
  2. Call the Writers' Studio at 940-9804. Have an idea of when you would be available to come in beforehand. If a tutor is unable to answer your call, leave a message including your name, number, and date/time preferences.
  3. Send an email to writers@butler.edu. Include your name and specific dates and times you'd be able to come in. A tutor will respond to your email to confirm your appointment or to let you know if your requested times have already been filled.
