Where is the Volunteer Center located?
The Volunteer Center is located on the first floor of the
Atherton Union in AU100 (right behind the bulldog).
What are the hours it is open?
The Center is open Monday-Thursday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday 10
a.m. to 12 p.m.
What is the Volunteer Center listserv? How often does it
go out?
The student listserv is a weekly email with a list of
upcoming one time and new ongoing projects on campus and in the
community. It also highlights nonprofit internships as well as
upcoming Volunteer Center events. To sign-up email volunteer@butler.edu or stop by
the Volunteer Center.

How are the student staff positions
filled?
The Volunteer Center puts out applications for the following
year's staff in the spring of each year. The Associate
Director of PuLSE and outgoing and incoming Student
Directors all participate in the selection of the new staff.
All Student Staff members are required to hold 7-9 office
hours, attend weekly staff meetings, plan a service
project, as well as the individual job responsibilities.
