Tim Carter , Ph.D., Director

Tim joined the CUE in August of 2009. Tim comes to us from the River Basin Center at Odum School of Ecology, University of Georgia. His interests lie in analyzing and understanding the relationships between the form and function of urban ecosystems. Tim also brings with him an expertise in urban ecology and a fresh approach to the 'Ecology of Cities'.

Marjorie started at the CUE in September of 2008. As the first full time staff member, she was charged with getting initial programs and projects up and running . She continues to manage current projects and the internship program. Marjorie has a background in ecology and landscape architecture. Marjorie is interested not only in the ecology of a place, but also in the social values and perceptions of spaces and resources.
