Program Officer, Blue Cross-Blue Shield of North Carolina Foundation

Valerie Stewart is a program officer with Blue Cross-Blue Shield of North Carolina Foundation in Durham, N.C. While earning her Butler degree in public-corporate communication, she served as student government president and a Speaker's Lab tutor,and was active in Delta Gamma Fraternity. Her husband, Joshua Stewart '01, earned a finance degree at Butler. They are the proud, new parents of twin boys, Harrison and Wesley, born Aug. 23, 2012.
