Business in offering a business education of the highest quality.
The board is composed of business professionals who serve as
counsel to the College for proposed changes and innovations.
Members help define and implement standards of excellence in
faculty-student partnerships, intellectual development and
service.

Jeff Brown leads the firm's Private Capital and Venture Group.
He has a diverse practice that is principally devoted to financing
and acquisition transactions. Jeff commonly represents corporate
issuers in connection with securities offerings, acquisitions and
corporate governance matters, and represents both financial
investors and management participants in venture capital
transactions, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations and other
complex transactions. He represents a number of investment

Dennis Dye

Dennis Dye is Executive Vice President of Browning Investments,
Inc. He is responsible for all development activities of the
company including acquisition, development, rehabilitation,
repositioning, leasing and sale of properties owned and managed by
Browning. His responsibilities include the purchase and sale
negotiations for both land and developed property, mortgage
financing, and building development. He originally joined Browning
in 1988 as a financial analyst.
He left Browning to form Camile Products where he was Vice
President and Partner. During his tenure, he led the company's
successful effort to raise venture capital funds which were used
for product development and sales and marketing expansion. In 2001,
Dennis led Camile through a successful exit transaction with
Argonaut Technologies, a publicly traded company based in Foster
City, California. He remained at Argonaut after the acquisition to
assist in the transition of product development and marketing
initiatives. He rejoined Browning in 2002.
Dennis obtained his MBA in Finance and Marketing from Indiana
University and a B.S from Butler University. He is a Certified
Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants and the Indiana CPA Society.
Dennis is active in many community and industry organizations
including the National Association of Office and Industrial
Properties Editorial Board, City of Indianapolis Life Sciences
Initiative Task Force, Metropolitan Indianapolis Public

Rule 144A debt placements. Steve has participated in approximately
30 venture capital financings, ten IPO's and 144A transactions, and
40 private equity or debt placements in the past ten years.

businesses. Many of his clients do not employ in-house counsel and
Steve serves as the primary legal advisor to the Board of Directors
and CEOs of these companies. He serves both as lead lawyer on

Hugh Lytle is Co-Founder, President and Chief
Executive Officer of Univita Health, Inc., the nation's leading

Prior to co-founding Univita, Mr. Lytle was
President and Co-Founder of Axia Health Management, LLC, the
nation's pioneer as the single-source provider of integrated

successfully sold the company to Healthways, Inc. (NASDAQ: HWAY)
for $450 Million.
Mr. Lytle was previously Assistant Vice
President of Corporate Development with CVS Caremark/Advance PCS,
the country's largest pharmaceutical benefits manager.
Mr. Lytle earned an MBA from Butler University.

Bill McConnell

Bill McConnell has enjoyed a productive career for 40 years,
split roughly equally between senior executive business positions
and consulting. Bill's business leadership roles include Senior
Vice President roles with Boston Scientific Corporation, Guidant
Corporation and Resort Condominiums International (RCI). He
served on the executive management committees for all three
organizations. He has most recently been Chief Executive Officer
for FlowCo, Inc., a medical device start-up company based in
Indianapolis. In each of these roles, Bill has had significant
profit and loss responsibility. His roles have included
responsibility for sales and marketing, strategy, finance, IT,
human resources, legal and medical policy.
Bill represented these companies on Boards of Directors for
Vesalius Ventures, a medical informatics accelerator and for the
Global Healthcare Exchange, an electronic marketplace for medical
devices serving hospitals and group purchasing organizations. Bill
has also served on three other for-profit Boards of Directors. He
currently serves as a member of the Board for Bluelock, a cloud
computing company. He has previously served as a Board member for
Acordia Personal Insurance Services and for Somerset Group, holding
company for a savings bank.
Prior to moving into business leadership, Bill had a successful
career with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and with Arthur
Andersen & Co. Bill joined Andersen in 1971, immediately after
graduating from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio. He was admitted to
partnership in 1981 and became Managing Partner in 1983, leading
the practice through 7 years of strong growth. Bill returned to
Andersen briefly in 1997 and 1998 following 7 successful years at
RCI. Bill's consulting clients included RCI, Anthem Blue
Cross Blue Shield, St. Vincent and St. Joseph Hospitals, State of
Indiana, City of Indianapolis, Kimball International and Cummins
Engine Company.
While no longer licensed, Bill is a certified public accountant.
He has been active in the not-for-profit community, serving on the
Board of Governors of the American Red Cross, where he served on
the Audit Committee and was vice chair of the Biomedical Services
committee. The Biomedical Services Committee provided oversight to
Red Cross blood services which is regulated by the FDA and which
operates centers that deliver 50% of our country's blood supply.
Bill has also served as Chair of the Board for three Indianapolis
based organizations - The Children's Museum of Indianapolis, Conner
Prairie (an outdoor history museum) and the American Red Cross of
Greater Indianapolis.
Bill and his wife, Barbara, reside in Carmel, Indiana. They have
two children and three grandchildren.

Scott serves as liaison between NIKE and the NCAA, coordinating
marketing, licensing and advertising. She is also an internal
compliance officer for NIKE dealing with NCAA and high
school/athlete eligibility issues.
Prior to her present position, Scott worked for NIKE Sports
Entertainment in Beaverton, Ore., where she was responsible for
management of world-wide events in a variety of sports. She also
represented NIKE in dealing with national governing bodies,
leagues, teams, agents, venues and promoters.
Before joining NIKE, Scott spent 10 years with USA Basketball,
including four years as director of basketball operations. She was
a member of the project team that coordinated the 1995-96 Women's
National Team and the 1992, 1994 and 1996 Dream Team training
camps, exhibition games and international competitions.
Scott has also been involved with the U.S. Olympic Festival, the
Goodwill Games and events like the World Championship of
Basketball, the Olympic Games, the World Soccer Tour, the Tiger
Woods Japanese Invitational and the Melbourne/Sydney Track
Tour.
At Kearney State, she was on the volleyball and basketball
