"Responsibility...requires that a person think, speak, and act as if personally accountable to all who may be affected by his or her thoughts, words, and deeds...Awareness is important. Is my sense of responsibility growing, deepening, becoming sharper and more insistent?" - Robert K. Greenleaf

Hampton House Statement

We, the members of the Hampton House, are a group of individuals dedicated to servant-leadership who, by serving others, are striving to compassionately and responsibly lead each other and the people we encounter through our various roles in society. Separately we are ready and willing to discover and nurture the Heart of the Servant in ourselves and in others while expressing it through how we live.
