SEPTEMBER

APO!!!
Sara Minor
Hometown - Terre Haute, IN (and proud of it!) Major - Psychology and Spanish
Pets - I have 1 cat- Toby and a turtle- Lisa Level - 3
Favorite Color - I love purple... any shade... I just love it! Favorite passtime - Well besides spending time w/ my 2 yr old niece Abigail, I also love finding publicly displayed spelling errors and neon signs w/ missing letters! In addition, I enjoy eating popcorn made w/ my recently purchased hot air popper (It’s delicious!)!
Single? - No... I have an amazing b/f- Jason who I’ve been dating for a little over 4 years now! Quote - "The happiest of people don't necessarily have the best of everything, they just make the most of everything that comes their way"
Volunteer Hours - Oh gosh… this month? This year? I have no idea! This summer I helped out every week at the hospital where my mom works and since I’ve been back to school I’ve started my internship at Joy’s House in Broad Ripple volunteering w/ mostly older adults! And I’m looking forward to my sorority’s week of service that we are planning leading up to our next “all campus event”!
Favorite Service Act - Well, this will be my 3rd semester volunteering at Joy’s House in Broad Ripple and it has by far been the most rewarding experience I’ve had. Working w/ Alzheimer’s patients has shown me the importance of patience and how to make the most of life!
