SGA's Program Board is looking for talented individuals
who possess the a good work ethic, passion for music, and a
positive attitude to become Members of Concerts Committee. If
you would like to apply, please fill out the application. Check out the
sub-committees of Concerts Committee:
PR/Marketing:
PR/Marketing is an integral part of promoting each concert and
event. Concerts is looking for members who are adept at using
social media (facebook, twitter, etc.), and other advertising
mediums. Should have a strong foundation in public
relations/marketing practices.
Graphic Design:
Concerts will often need people who possess
creativity in creating designs for promotional materials for each
concert/event. This includes designing posters, table tents,
flyers, etc. Possess a good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop,
Illustrator and Quark XPress.
Street Team:
The Concert Committee will need help coordinating
promotional events. Must have good organization and be able to put
together teams of people to help put up posters both on campus and
around Indianapolis, as well as organize runners for day of show
needs.
Operations Management:
On the day of the shows the Concert Committee will
need to organize students on to busses (if the show is off campus),
be available as a runner for the artist and be available for day-of
show responsibilities.
