Grants Committee
Introduction
These co-chairs would be responsible for running Grants
Committee meetings under the supervision of the Vice President of
Finance. They would also be responsible for consulting and/or
meeting with different organizations with issues or questions that
may arise from other organizations during the application process.
Co-chairs would be responsible for keeping accurate records of all
grant applications, meeting minutes, and allocations of funds as
grants are approved. Another duty would be to help the Vice
President of Finance create Grant Workshop Presentations to be
given at least once per semester to educate the campus on the
grants process. These co-chairs would also work with the Vice
President of Finance to periodically evaluate the grants
requirements, rules, etc. as is deemed necessary.
