E-Pay & E-Bill

Effective June 2009, monthly billing statements are available in an electronic ONLY format.  Electronic payments (E-Pay) are also available. 

The May 2009 bill was the LAST paper billing statement.

In late May 2009, students were mailed information which included the highlights of
E-Bill and E-Pay. For more details view the E-Pay Cover Letter.

Also included in the mailing - step by step navigation instructions to create AUTHORIZED USERs so that they can also view E-Bills and make electronic payments. AUTHORIZED USERs must be created by students. Once an AUTHORIZED USER account is created, the AUTHORIZED USER may view the student's E-Bill and make electronic payments by logging on to https://commerce.cashnet.com/butler.

Effective June 8, 2009, all credit card payments must be made via E-Pay. MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted online and a 2.75% non-refundable fee applies.  (Credit card payments via mail, phone or in person cannot be processed.)
