Staff Assembly has six standing committees which are involved in various aspects of staff life. Each committee has a chair, a representative from executive committee (the "liaison") and up to seven members. Some of these committees currently need additional members. Find out more about these committees and how you can help by going here. If you are interested in joining any one of the following committees, please contact Staff-Assembly@butler.edu.
  • Employment Affairs (Greg Sharer)
  • Staff Development (Connie Hindman)
  • Communications (Jo Wagoner)
  • Faculty Relations (Bob Marcus)
  • Nominations & Elections (Patty Colip)
  • Activities & Socials (Cheryl Jensen)

 Staff Assembly Thank You Program
Staff Assembly wants to give you (faculty and staff) the opportunity to send a personalized "Thank You" to employees who have gone above and beyond the call of duty in performing a particular job or task.

To send a Thank You, simply send an email to Staff Assembly and tell us who you want to receive the card, and why. To send a Thank You anonymously, drop a note in the Staff Assembly suggestion box in Jordan Hall near HR. The card is always sent anonymously (from Staff Assembly, not from the requestor). Questions? Contact Bob Marcus.
