eScheduler
Welcome to Speakers Lab's eScheduler. This online scheduling
interface will allow you to schedule your own appointments 24-hours
a day, 7-days a week.
General Scheduling Information
Speakers Lab utilizes an online scheduling system to schedule
appointments. Lab also accepts appointments via phone, but not via
e-mail.
Groups may only schedule on the hour for the whole hour.
Individuals (with the exclusion of certain courses, e.g. CBA 401)
may schedule single half hour sessions. Please consult with your
professor or Lab if you have any questions about the requirements.
Improperly scheduled sessions may be
cancelled.
Speakers Lab DVDs
Speakers Lab offers blank DVDs at a price of just $1. We only
accept cash for DVD purchases.
Speakers Lab Appointment Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment:
- PRIOR to the twelve (12) hour period immediately
preceding the appointment, you can cancel online. In the
event of difficulties (or you do not have online access), contact
Speakers Lab at 317-940-8354 and leave a message.
- WITHIN the twelve (12) hour period immediately
preceding the appointment, you must contact Speakers Lab
via phone at 317-940-8354 and leave a message.
If you fail to call/cancel prior to the appointment, it
will be considered a "missed appointment" and your professor will
be notified.
Login Information
You should have received an e-mail with login information. You
should use the username and password provided in that e-mail.
Your Butler University password will not work. If
you have not received a username and password, please contact
Speakers Lab.
Lost your password?
Visit the
Get Help with Password page. After clicking, enter your
Butler username (e.g. jdoe), your Butler
e-mail address (e.g. jdoe@butler.edu) and use
46208 as the Zip Code. If you experience
difficulties, please contact Speakers Lab.

You are strongly encouraged to review the
eScheduler Instructions (PDF). The instructions address many
common issues.
Technical Difficulties
If the instructions are unable to address your concern or you
otherwise experience technical difficulties, please contact
Speakers Lab at 317-940-8354. Please leave a
message. A tutor will respond to messages in the order received
during scheduled hours only.
