Each year the senior class presents a special gift to Butler
University. Gifts such as the gates to Holcomb Gardens, the
gazebo outside of Starbucks, and the Atherton clock have all been
left to the University marking a tradition of lifelong legacy and
pride that seniors can have for years after they
graduate.
This year, we have chosen to honor our current, past, and future
English Bulldog mascots by funding a Bulldog statue. The statue
will be part of a monument to be built outside of Hinkle
Fieldhouse. It will serve not only as a tribute to our University's
beloved mascots, but also as a place to hold their remains upon
passing.
Our goal is to raise $8,000 by the time we graduate in May and
we are already more than halfway there. With the help of the entire
senior class, this memorial will become a deeply meaningful
addition to our campus. We hope you agree that our goal, while
challenging, is very attainable and the end result is well-worth
your contribution.
