Important Application Basics

  • Completed applications are to be submitted by 5pm on Friday, April 11, 2014.
  • Decision letters and position acceptance will be distributed by the first of May.
  • You will need to list three individuals as  references in your application. 
  • You are able to edit your responses up until the application deadline. Select the "Send me a copy of my responses" checkbox to receive an email with instructions to change your application.

Step 1: Position Descriptions

It is important that you understand the type of position you are applying for and what it requires.  There are a number of Summer Staff positions available, but you have to consider which is right for you.  Click on this link to download the Position Descriptions.  You must read and agree to the items outlined in the position description.

Step 2: Application

To access the Summer Staff Application you must be logged in to Google Docs with your Butler login. If you use another Google Accounts (for Gmail or Google+) please log out before clicking on the link. The Summer Staff application will not be shared with personal Google Accounts. The application can be acessed here.
