Current students may review their transcript at any time by
following the instructions in MyButler Student Help.
Enrollment Verification
If you don't need a full transcript with all your coursework and
grades, but do need to provide documentation to someone that you
are or have been a student at Butler University, you may request an
Enrollment Verification.
Request a Transcript
Requests for an official copy of your Butler University
transcript may be submitted in person, by mail, or by fax. You may
use this Transcript Request Form
(PDF), pick up a form at the Registration and Records office
(JH133), or send us a note providing similar information.
Transcript requests must contain the student's legal
signature.
Please be sure the information you provide is accurate and
complete. Many transcripts go astray when they do not have a
complete street address or PO box.
There is a fee of $9 for each transcript requested. Students who
are graduating from Butler may have up to 25 free official
transcripts, from the time you file for graduation until 1 year
after you graduate. No charge is made for transcripts that we send
to support your scholarship application to support study at Butler,
if we send it directly to the scholarship agency. We accept cash,
check, or credit card. All transcripts are official documents, and
each is provided in a sealed envelope unless you specify otherwise.
We cannot fax or email transcripts. All transcript requests
are processed within 5 working days of receipt.

a picture ID), or

- By email, attaching a scanned image of your completed request
form (with your signature) to an email to Registrar@Butler.edu

Institute for Study Abroad
If you participated in a foreign study program through Butler's
Institute for Study Abroad, you can obtain a transcript, with your
courses and grades, through this same process.
