Graduation
At the beginning of the semester when you plan to graduate,
please apply for graduation by filling out the appropriate form
below. This application is necessary even if you do not plan to
take part in the Commencement Exercises. This form triggers the
Graduation Audit process, and provides a vehicle for you to tell us
exactly how you want your name formatted on your diploma.
Please fill out this form and be sure to sign it with your legal
signature.

Final Year of Academic Residence
Normally a student is expected to take his or her final 30
credit hours of academic work here at Butler. If it appears that
you need to take one or more classes at another university, you
should discuss this with the dean in your college. In some
circumstances she or he may grant "Permission to Intrude".
