Dani BlairDani Blair

Major: Pysician Assistant
Experience: American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified personal trainer

Interests/Activities: Working out, running, any & every sport, reading, rollerblading

Training Philosophy: Total and complete healthy lifestyle - mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.  Each aspect greatly affects the others.  When a person is in great physical shape, they feel great and get the most out of life.  When a person is emotionally happy, they feel more confident, do more things, accomplish and achieve more.

What can a client expect when training with you?
Work EXTRA hard while having fun at the same time!

Kyle SchwippsKyle Schwipps

Major: Exercise Science
Experience: American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified personal trainer

Interests/Activities: Lifting, wakeboarding, hanging out with my friends, watching baseball

Training Philosophy: I like to use free weights.  I also use various forms of aerobic training so the workouts don't get boring.

What can a client expect when training with you?
A client can expect me to be on time for each workout, be able to explain why we are doing a certain workout, changing up the workout so it is not monotonous or boring.

Kristen MahoneyKristen Mahoney

Major: Exercise Science
Experience: Currently working towards obtaining personal training certification.  Volunteers to assist certified strength and conditioning specialists in Exercise Science classes.

Interests/Activities:
Volleyball, basketball, softball

 

Fitness Interests: Weight training

Personal training isn't just a job. It's teaching people to become healthier, happier individuals.

Participants can expect to be pushed in order to gain the results they want.  They can expect a program that is catered to their needs and their goals.  They can expect results.

Ryan PylipowRyan Pylipow

Major: Marketing
Experience: Currently working towards obtaining personal training certification.  Trained in mixed martial arts (kickboxing /jujitsu) with 2 wins and 0 losses in competition.  7 years of organized football speed and strength programs.

Interests/Activities:
Delta Tau Delta, Dawg Pound, sports, music, etc.

Training Philosophy:
The only way to see progress is to truly commit to your goals.

What can a client expect when training with you?
He or she can expect someone who will bring knowledge as well as creative new ideas to keep from getting bored with workouts.

Michael ClaytonMichael Clayton

Major: Exercise Science
Experience: Currently working towards obtaining personal training certification.

Interests/Activities:
Mountain biking, running, any recreational activities, current member of Butler Men's Soccer Team

What can a client expect when training with you?
All clientele should expect a series of workouts throughout the week that involve all muscle groups. I like creating an environment which allows the client to work hard but enjoy the training session as well.
