weights. I also use various forms of aerobic training so the

A client can expect me to be on time for each workout, be able to
explain why we are doing a certain workout, changing up the workout
so it is not monotonous or boring.

in competition. 7 years of organized football speed and

What can a client expect when training with
you?
All clientele should expect a series of workouts throughout the
week that involve all muscle groups. I like creating an environment
which allows the client to work hard but enjoy the training session
as well.
