Equipment Orientations

Equipment orientations will help you learn how to use various HRC fitness equipment. Sign-up and meet with a Fitness Supervisor or Personal Trainer today!


Fitness Assessments

Fitness assessments are the essential first step towards reaching your fitness goals. This is the opportunity to gather information related to your current level of health and physical fitness. Fitness assessments are comprehensive and will take approximately 60 minutes to complete.

Fitness assessments include:

  • Body composition - height, weight, body fat
  • Blood pressure screening
  • Cardiovascular endurance testing (estimated VO2 max)
  • Flexibility testing
  • Cardiovascular health screening - resting blood pressure and heart rate measurements
  • Muscular strength and endurance

 

Body Composition Analysis

Body Compositions serve as great baseline measurements to gauge your current state of health.

 

Ask the Trainer

Every Wednesday from 6-8pm there is a personal trainer on-hand to answer your fitness questions from basic to advanced.  Stop by the personal training office!
