BU Rec's Fitness program is here to help you reach your goals
and have fun maintaining your healthy, active lifestyle.
We offer personal training, relaxing and rejuvenating massage,
incentive programs, and host nationally recognized fitness
workshops and certifications. Don't forget about our group classes
offered morning, noon, and night!

FITNESS LEADERSHIP PROGRAM - posted

This January the Recreation Department is introducing new and
exciting opportunities to gain experience in the areas of group
fitness and personal training. There are options for all experience
levels - if you or anyone you know has ever had the urge to give it
a shot, there's never been a better time to jump right in!

As a token of appreciation to our current clients we offer a
client referral program. When a current client refers a friend who
signs up for personal training both the current and new client
receive 1 free personal training session!

Every Wednesday from 6-8pm there is a personal trainer on-hand
to answer your fitness questions from basic to advanced. Stop by
the personal training office!

plus many more Halloween themes incoporated into this week's group
fitness classes! Participants are encouraged to wear a
costume to class as long as it is safe for activity, appropriate,
and provides room for movement during class!

Want to add some variety to your day and learn something
new? Check out the wellness tip jar located at the HRC
fitness desk for various wellness realted tips. Feeling
lucky? Mabye you'll be the next hot-hand to pull a
prize. So far we've given away a heart rate monitor and a
BPA-free nalgene bottle!
