Tom Weede joined Butler in May 2007 as vice president for Enrollment Management. Previously, he served as the chief admission officer at Iona College in New Rochelle, N.Y., and Warren Wilson College in Asheville, N.C. He also worked at Carroll College in Waukesha, Wis. Weede earned his bachelor of arts from Alma College and master's degree from Iona College. He is a member of the National Association for College Admission Counseling and, currently, is the chair of its Admission Practices Committee. Weede also is a member of the College Board, the National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators and the European Council of International Schools. He also has served as president of the National Catholic College Admission Association, treasurer of the Southern Association for Admission Counseling and as a member of the executive board of the New York State Association for College Admission Counseling.
