Since 2008, Chuck Williams has served as both dean of the College of Business and a professor of management. Formerly, Williams served as dean of the Eberhardt School of Business at the University of the Pacific; associate dean for undergraduate studies, chair of the Department of Management and associate professor of management at Texas Christian University; and, as an assistant professor of management at Oklahoma State University. Williams earned a bachelor's degree (1981) from Valparaiso University and an MBA (1986) and doctorate in business administration (1990) from Michigan State University. He has served as a reviewer for several professional journals and has an extensive research and publication record. Williams is the recipient of numerous faculty and teaching awards, and is a member of the Academy of Management and the American Psychological Association.
