Pre-Graduate and Pre-Professional Advising

Welcome to the Office of Pre-Graduate & Pre-Professional Advising (OPPA). Our mission is to assist, equip and empower Butler students to pursue a graduate or professional school education. We do so by advising students on issues related to selecting and applying to graduate and professional schools, providing free practice admission tests and strategy sessions, organizing guest speaker and workshop events, providing mentoring and networking opportunities, and maintaining a resource library at our office.

Stop by to see us in Jordan Hall, Room 153, and to look through our resource library or set up an appointment with the Pre-Law, Pre-Health Professions (including pre-medicine, pre-dentistry, pre-optometry, and pre-veterinary) and Pre-Graduate School Advisor. We can also be reached by phone at (317) 940-9581 or at the email addresses listed in the Advisors section.
