Gareth Evans (Class of 2008)
According to the Defense Video and Imagery Distribution
System, U.S. Navy Lt. Gareth Evans, PA-C (BU Class of 2008) and a
member of the Provincial Reconstruction Team Farah, dressed up as
Santa Claus and passed out gifts to U.S. service members during a
special "Christmas in September" celebration at Forward Operating
...Base Farah, Afghanistan on Sept. 12, 2010.
The event was orchestrated by Gareth, who contacted friends and
family in the U.S. and requested gift donations to help raise the
spirits of our troops. More than 300 gifts were donated by more
than 30 people throughout the U.S., Costa Rica and Europe including
those associated with the Butler PA program!
