Please review the below information for some helpful hints to ensure that you have all the information and support you need as your student transitions to campus. Butler University Parent Council

Learn more about how you can be involved by visiting the Parent Council website. This group is available during the year to answer questions or receive feedback from families. New families are also invited to apply to serve as members of the Council. Visit the Parent Council website to learn more about the group and how to apply.   

Family Weekend 2013

Save the date for Family Weekend 2013, November 8-10. Registration information will be mailed to the home address of each undergraduate student this fall. The schedule of events is now available on the Family Weekend website.

Make sure you are receiving the latest updates and information from the University by updating your contact information. You will receive our monthly Parent NewsFlash email, Butler Magazine, and pertinent mailings throughout the year.

Connect with Fellow Parents

Join the Butler Parent Page on Facebook to connect with other Butler families. This page is a great source for parent questions and information or to just meet other Butler families in your area. You must be logged-in to your Facebook account to access the page.

MyStudentBody

The online health program, MyStudentBody, gives Butler University parents resources and strategies to help keep students safe, healthy, and happy. Register today at http://www.MyStudentBody.com with BUTLERPARENT as the school code to explore videos, articles, and interactive tools that are designed to help parents strengthen communication skills and develop effective prevention strategies related to alcohol, drugs, and sexual violence. 

All incoming first year and transfer students are asked to complete the MyStudentBody Essentials course for students which includes educational modules for alcohol, drugs, and sexual violence.  All incoming students will receive an email requesting their completion of the MyStudentBody Essentials course between August 1 and August 24, 2013.
