Achille Rossi, clarinet

A member of the Jordan Woodwind Quintet, Mr. Rossi has been with the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra since 1959. He has been teaching for over 40 years, both privately and at Jordan College of Fine Arts since 1974. Previously he taught at Indianapolis University. He received his bachelor of music in performance at the New England Conservatory, graduating with "Honors with Distinction" and attended Tanglewood on a full fellowship. He has performed with the New York Opera Festival Orchestra, the Seventh Army Symphony and the Falkner Players (chamber music groups).
