"Great-Grandfathered" Undergraduate Degree Programs
Valid for students beginning before Fall 2008
Explanation
Beginning in fall of 2008 the School of Music adopted a new set
of undergraduate degree plans. Students who had already begun
undergraduate degree plans before fall of 2008 can
continue to work toward completion of degrees under the previous
curricula; those "grandfathered" curricula are provided here.
Students eligible for these older degree plans may instead elect to
complete one of the newer degree plans that
were introduced in fall of 2008. Students who first
enrolled at Butler in fall 2008 or later are not eligible for the
"grandfathered" plans presented here, and should instead
use the newer curricula (2008-09 or 2010-beyond) as
appropriate.
