Admission & Tuition

MPAcc Admission

We welcome applications from Butler accounting students as well as graduates from other colleges and universities. All incoming students will need to fulfill prerequisites prior to beginning the program. Download the MPAcc Admission PDF for complete details on requirements.

MPAcc students are admitted for the fall semester only and the application deadline is July 1. Please note that Butler students are encouraged to apply in January before the start of their full-time internship.

The basic admission requirements include the GMAT and two letters of recommendation. Butler students with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 in AC301, AC302, AC325 and one upper level accounting elective may be granted permission to waive the GMAT and letters of recommendation.

To begin the application process, read the MPAcc Admission PDF for instructions and then complete the free online application.

Costs Less

The MPAcc degree is more affordable than you may think. The current tuition is $674 per credit hour (for both Butler students and non-Butler graduates).

The cost is lower than what other programs in the state charge and there are no hidden fees. The cost combined with the features results in a better value than other comparable programs in the area.

Butler accounting students should note that the fifth year cost of $674 per credit hour is significantly lower than the cost of their undergraduate tuition.
