Understanding Plagiarism
This online tutorial covers what plagiarism is, lists best
practices concerning when to directly cite and how to paraphrase,
includes critical thinking examples of good/poor paraphrasing and
direct citing, and provides Butler Student Handbook information on
plagiarism.

quiz in their classes, please contact Kenton Smith, Butler's
Moodle/Blackboard Administrator, to have the tutorial and quiz
embedded in the Moodle or Blackboard LMS for the particular course.
