Understanding Plagiarism

This online tutorial covers what plagiarism is, lists best practices concerning when to directly cite and how to paraphrase, includes critical thinking examples of good/poor paraphrasing and direct citing, and provides Butler Student Handbook information on plagiarism.

Butler Faculty are encouraged to utilize this tutorial within their Moodle courses and may contact Information Commons or IT with questions about this process.
