Subject Liaisons

Butler students and faculty have access to a subject librarian who works with their college or major.  Students will want to identify their college or major’s subject librarian early in their academic experience to take advantage of the research assistance they can provide.  Subject librarians also provide library instruction for classes; collaborate with faculty in collecting books, databases, and streaming media to support coursework; and assist faculty in distributing their scholarship through library supported tools such as the Digital Commons @ Butler University.

Use the directory below to identify your subject librarian and contact them for research support.  Can’t find your program of study?  Contact Sally Neal, Associate Dean for Instruction and User Services, sneal@butler.edu, for assistance in identifying your librarian.  A Find Your Librarian picture directory is also available to consult.
